Jim has practiced law in Maine since 1987, after graduating cum laude in 1986 from Suffolk University Law School, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Wills and Trusts. Jim enjoys practicing law in a small community where he can get to know his clients and understand and appreciate the context of their particular legal needs and issues. Prior to attending law school, he studied in England, where he was awarded a bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Kent in 1972 and a master’s degree from the University of Manchester in 1975. Jim has worked in industrial relations with Royal Dutch/Shell Petroleum, and founded and managed an industrial training business. He served as a judicial law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court for a one-year term. Jim's primary areas of practice include:
Jim is an agent for First
American Title Insurance Company.
Jim has two daughters and lives in Camden with his wife, Pamela. He enjoys fly fishing and woodworking. |
