Katherine C. Gibson, Esq.
Attorney

What do we love most about Katherine? It could be her adventurous spirit, warm smile, or infectious energy. Or it could be that she inspires us to do our best every day just by watching her do hers. Coming to the firm with such a diverse background — a B.A. from Mount Holyoke in Mathematics, a M.A. from Wesleyan in Astronomy, and a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law — we’re already a little star-struck by her obvious work ethic and triple-certified brilliance. And it doesn’t stop there. Trail Runners of Midcoast Maine takes up most of Katherine’s limited free time. She also enjoys running marathons, biking, hiking, swimming, rock climbing, and she’s even earned the title “Ironman.” Impressed yet? We certainly are!

After serving as a clerk in Portland to both the Maine Superior Court and for Justice Warren Silver of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court, Katherine decided to move to Camden where she could pursue her true passions to the fullest — assisting members of her community with the big moments in their lives and spending every other waking moment exploring the outdoors. Katherine enjoys practicing in the areas of real estate, business law, estate planning, and estate administration. If you need someone to go the extra mile (or two… or three…) when purchasing your home, starting your business, or preparing to take care of your loved ones, you can count on Katherine. When she’s not brightening our lives with a kind word around the office, drafting the perfect sentence, or standing on top of a mountain, you can probably find her chasing after her toddler Ramona and her little pug Boaz with her husband or hanging upside down on the custom climbing wall in her barn.
