Born and raised in “The Keag” as the locals call it (we’re pretty sure that’s somewhere around South Thomaston), Sarah graduated from Rockland District High School and shortly ran away to Colorado. After living out west for seven years, she missed home and packed up her cat, and returned to Midcoast Maine. It is this author’s personal opinion that she knew we were back here waiting for her. With ten years of experience working in banks, Sarah made a flawless transition into her role as a paralegal with our firm in 2006. After working with both Chris MacLean and Sarah Gilbert, the partners approached her about bossing them all around and she made the jump to office manager in 2016. We think she’s found her true calling. Sarah ensures the daily operations of the firm run smoothly. She oversees the firm’s financial and building management, along with marketing and technology. She is also the office event planner, having organized many employee events for the firm over the years, from retirement send-offs, to welcoming parties, holiday soirees, and out of town extravaganzas, she has had her hand in it all. Basically, she wears many hats! Sarah was instrumental in the forming of Camden Law, where she spent countless hours researching, drafting and assisting the partners with the intricacies of the law firm merger. To keep herself up to the formidable task of running the firm, in her free time Sarah enjoys running obstacle course races, paddle boarding, golf, snow shoeing, and cross-country skiing. To relax from all of this she enjoys cooking delicious food and hanging out with her very cute and very vocal cat. Where would we be without our fiery redhead? Let’s hope we never find out. Sarah is involved locally with the non-profit One Community Many Voices where she volunteers her time assisting with the Ragged Mountain Scuttle.
